近日,赵耀龙教授课题组在地理信息科学国际顶级刊物《Transactions in GIS》上发表论文《A high-efficiency global model of optimization design of impervious surfaces for alleviating urban waterlogging in urban renewal》。该研究提出一个高效的城市不透水地表全局优化模型MLP-SCS,为城市更新背景下的暴雨内涝防治提供了新的解决方案。该成果对于智慧城市更新规划理论与技术方法,具有重要的意义。

城市化进程带来城市不透水地表的快速扩张与不合理空间布局加剧城市暴雨内涝灾害。在中国城市发展从增量用地的规模扩增转变为存量用地的内涵提升背景下,大幅减少不透水地表面积的做法不符合城市发展进程。借助城市更新契机,在城市更新规划阶段即进行不透水地表的优化设计是实现城市暴雨内涝根本防治的重要途径。当前,城市更新背景下不透水地表空间优化的相关技术包括减少不透水地表面积的低影响开发技术(LID)或基于蚁群算法的局部高强度不透水空间布局优化设计,这些技术存在耗时长、缺乏不透水地表优化设计方案的全局考虑等不足。本研究以广州市主城区为例,提出了基于多元线性规划算法与SCS-CN模型的不透水地表空间布局优化耦合模型(MLP-SCS),严格遵循城市规划单元要求划分城市径流小区为优化单元,以径流系数最小化为目标,进行各城市径流小区的不透水地表空间布局优化模拟。本模型可高效实现不透水地表空间布局的全局低强度优化,大幅缩减优化的计算时间,丰富了面向暴雨内涝防治的不同强度与规模的城市更新手段,为面向城市暴雨内涝防治的智慧城市更新规划提供参考,为综合考虑地下管网、河道、坡度以及雨水管理手段等因素实现空间规划视角下的城市群暴雨内涝防治提供了研究基础。
不透水地表优化前后对比
课题组近年来致力于地理空间视角下城市及城市群暴雨内涝防治的研究,得到国家自然科学基金的资助(40901090,41871292和42071399),在城市暴雨内涝预警模型构建(成果1和2)、城市和城市群暴雨内涝的时空演化特征及其形成机制(成果3和4)、暴雨内涝的重要影响内因--城市与城市群的时空演化及其机理(成果5-8)、以及面向暴雨内涝防治的城市不透水地表空间格局优化模拟(成果9-11)等方面的成果陆续发表于Journal of Hydrology、Transactions in GIS、Science of the Total Environment、 IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing、Journal of Sensors、地球信息科学学报等国内外权威期刊。
